Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Lead or support Scrum ceremonies if functioning in a Scrum Master capacity.
• Prepare functional specifications and ensure traceability to business needs.
• Collaborate with QA teams and contribute to test strategy, planning, and execution.
• Identify gaps and propose system/process enhancements based on requirement analysis.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst and/or Scrum Master.
• Strong knowledge of banking instruments and corporate actions is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience in testing processes and tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
