🔎 We are looking for a Data Analyst / Product Owner to strengthen our data management and business intelligence capabilities.

You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable product strategies. You will also ensure the integrity, quality, and security of data pipelines — from source systems to analytical tools — and contribute to the modeling of SSAS tabular cubes and Power BI semantic models.

Main Skills:

• Design and define robust data flows and transformation logic across ODS, DWH, and DTM layers.
• Conduct acceptance testing and troubleshoot data quality issues across the full data lifecycle.
• Model data in SSAS Tabular (Visual Studio) and Power BI, ensuring efficient and secure delivery of business insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, assess user feedback, and align features to strategic goals.
• Own the product vision and roadmap, managing priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Translate product roadmap into actionable and well-documented backlogs and user stories.
• Continuously track market trends and implement relevant enhancements in product features or BI processes.
• Ensure project delivery with cross-functional teams using Agile or similar methodologies.

Technical Skills:

• Proven experience in BI modeling: ODS, DWH, DTM.
• Strong Oracle and SQL expertise.
• Experience in data modeling using SSAS Tabular (Visual Studio) and Power BI.
• Advanced knowledge of DAX for complex measures and calculations.
• Ability to produce high-quality documentation and functional specifications.
• Experience working as a Product Owner, including roadmap planning, backlog management, and stakeholder communication.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to data quality and process improvement.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in English is required.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of data governance and best practices in BI environments.
• Experience with data pipeline tools and cloud-based BI ecosystems.
