Application Support Engineer (LJ/PRG)

We’re looking for an Application Support Engineer to help our community and customers make the most of Spatial AI and take their products and projects to the next level.

In this role, you’ll work directly with users via email, forums, Slack, and HubSpot to troubleshoot both software and hardware issues. You’ll occasionally handle on-call troubleshooting for urgent cases and act as a technical liaison between users and our development team to help improve the overall experience. You’ll also contribute to improving our documentation by adding new content, clarifying existing instructions, and making it easier for users to find the help they need.

What we’re looking for:

• Passion for our technology
• Solid Python knowledge
• Basic understanding of AI and computer vision
• Familiarity with DepthAI

Nice to have:

• Experience in tech support or developer communities
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to write or improve technical documentation
