The Role

As a Senior Full-stack Machine Learning Developer in our Supply Chain Practice, you will work with global leaders across manufacturing, logistics, and procurement to deploy end-to-end AI systems. Your focus will span demand forecasting, inventory planning, supply chain risk, and process automation — all grounded in measurable operational impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deploy ML/DL/NLP/Generative AI models across:
• Forecasting and demand planning
• Inventory and warehouse optimization
• Logistics and route planning
• Supplier risk and operational resilience
• Build full-stack applications in Python, Java, JavaScript, or Julia, integrated with AWS, Azure, or Snowflake
• Work with complex datasets: ERP, IoT, transportation logs, procurement data, and WMS
• Own the ML pipeline from data preprocessing to deployment, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning
• Deploy and optimize deep learning models, especially transformers and time-series forecasters
• Architect scalable infrastructure and data pipelines for hybrid cloud/on-prem supply chain environments
• Contribute to internal research, spot IP opportunities, and support publication/patent efforts
• Interface directly with supply chain executives, procurement leaders, and logistics managers — communicating technical insights clearly
• Thrive in fast-moving, ambiguity-rich environments while supporting business continuity and resilience

What You Bring

• 7+ years of experience deploying ML/AI systems in supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing
• Proven delivery of AI use cases including forecasting, optimization, predictive maintenance, and risk scoring
• Full-stack fluency in Python, Java, JavaScript, or Julia, with deployment experience in AWS, Azure, or Snowflake
• Experience working with ERP, IoT, transportation, procurement, and warehouse systems
• Strong grounding in ML fundamentals: classification, regression, time-series, NLP, and generative models
• C2-level English or native fluency, with strong client communication skills

Preferred Experience

• Computer Vision for defect detection, warehouse monitoring, and process automation
• Training and fine-tuning LLMs for procurement or logistics-related NLP
• Federated learning or privacy-preserving ML for multi-party supply chains
• Robotics or machine vision in warehouse automation or predictive maintenance

Academic Credentials

• MSc or PhD from a top-tier university in Computer Science, ML, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
