Head of IT & Cybersecurity

We’re currently seeking a Head of IT to join lead our IT & Cybersecurity department. This key leadership role will be responsible for ensuring that our technology infrastructure remains robust, efficient, and secure, supporting our business operations and strategic goals.

At TeamSystem Spain, the IT Department plays a critical role in driving technological innovation and maintaining the seamless operation of our systems. We are in the midst of an exciting digital transformation, implementing new technologies and optimizing our IT landscape to fuel business growth and international expansion.

The Ideal Candidate has… 💙

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 5 years in IT management roles
• Strong application portfolio management capabilities
• Experience managing enterprise software implementations and integrations
• Experience in transformation projects involving the following technology stack: SAP, Zuora, HubSpot, Zendesk
• Project management methodologies knowledge
• Leadership and team management
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving
• Change management capabilities
• Stakeholder management
• ITIL certification preferred
• Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2) is a plus
• Cybersecurity certifications valuable but not mandatory
• Fluency in English (C1) and Spanish, as this role operates in an international context
• A proactive, collaborative and solution-oriented attitude — someone who brings clarity and structure to complexity.

What Will You Do? 🙌

• Lead the local IT team and managing day-to-day IT operations
• Drive IT transformation initiatives and implementing international IT strategies at the local level
• Manage vendor relationships and local contracts
• Oversee infrastructure management and cybersecurity measures in collaboration with central functions
• Collaborate with international IT teams for cross-border projects
• Ensure alignment between local and global IT strategies
• Risk management and compliance with IT policies
