Job Title:Trade Finance Sales Director – $SRC Ecosystem
Location: Remote
Payment: in $SRC token native token of project + performance based compensation
About $SRC Ecosystem:
$SRC Ecosystem is an AI- and blockchain-powered trade finance platform designed to close the $2.5 trillion global trade finance gap. Built on zkEVM and soon launching its own $SRC Chain, the platform digitizes and tokenizes trade documents, empowering SMEs to access frictionless working capital from both TradFi and DeFi lenders.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Trade Finance Sales Director to drive the acquisition of SME exporters, importers, and traders and to onboard traditional (banks, NBFIs) and decentralized lenders into the $SRC Ecosystem. This is a senior leadership role critical to scaling the platform’s liquidity, user base, and transaction volume.
Key Responsibilities:
🧭 Client Acquisition – SMEs
Identify and onboard SME exporters, importers, and traders in high-volume trade corridors.
Promote the benefits of digital onboarding, tokenized invoices, and AI-powered due diligence.
Present tailored solutions to SMEs facing access-to-finance challenges in open account and documentary trade.
Collaborate with the onboarding and product teams to ensure smooth SME activation.
🏦 Lender Acquisition – TradFi & DeFi
Develop relationships with banks, alternative finance providers, and decentralized liquidity protocols.
Position the $SRC Ecosystem as a secure and compliant origination platform for tokenized trade finance assets.
Work with credit, risk, and legal teams of lenders to integrate their offerings into the ecosystem.
Support lender onboarding through API or manual processes for buying tokenized invoices.
📈 Sales Strategy & Performance
Define and execute sales strategy by region, sector, and segment.
Track KPIs: client acquisition, financing volume, transaction growth, lender participation.
Attend and speak at global trade finance and web3 events to promote the $SRC Ecosystem.
Provide regular feedback to product and marketing teams based on client and lender needs.
Ideal Candidate:
✅ Required
7+ years experience in trade finance, factoring, forfaiting, or supply chain finance.
Proven sales track record with SME clients and/or financial institutions.
Deep network across exporters, freight forwarders, trade associations, and lenders.
Comfortable engaging with both traditional and decentralized finance partners.
Strong understanding of digital trade, tokenization, and the challenges of SME finance.
🌐 Preferred
Experience in blockchain or web3-based platforms.
Familiarity with eBL, invoice tokenization, and smart contracts.
Multilingual (especially English, Spanish, French, Turkish, Arabic, or Mandarin).
Based in Europe, MENA, or Asia-Pacific with active trade ecosystems.
