Full stack React Software Engineer

We’re looking for an experienced Full stack React Software Engineer to join our team working on critical internal tools that support automation, AI-driven operations, and strategic efficiency for enterprise systems.

This role offers end-to-end ownership across backend services, frontend UIs, and cloud/containerized infrastructure using React, (Java or Python or Kotlin), Docker/Kubernetes, and event-driven architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Feature Development: Build scalable, secure fullstack features using React and Java (or Kotlin/Python) with modern coding practices.
• Internal Platform Engineering: Work on business-critical tools for internal stakeholders with a focus on usability, speed, and reliability.
• Cloud-Native Development: Use Docker and Kubernetes to containerize and manage deployments.
• System Integration: Design and consume RESTful APIs, RabbitMQ-based messaging, and relational database connections.
• Quality & Testing: Follow testing best practices to ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
• Cross-functional Teaming: Work with Product Owners, DevOps, and other engineers in agile sprints.

Requirements / Technical Skills:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in full stack development
• Strong skills in React and modern JavaScript
• Backend proficiency with Java or Python/Kotlin
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Bonus: Familiarity with RabbitMQ and/or Go
