Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong proficiency in collaborative problem-solving, design thinking, and a growth-oriented mindset.
• Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools, particularly Docker and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, particularly Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and/or Huawei Cloud, including services related to compute, storage, networking, and IAM.
• Familiarity with virtualization, provisioning, and configuration management tools such as Ansible, with a preference for experience in SaltStack.
• Solid working knowledge of Linux systems, either as a power user or administrator, and proficiency in shell scripting.
• Scripting and automation skills using Python, Bash, or similar languages.
• Experience with message brokers and caching systems, such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, or Varnish.
• Understanding of production-grade deployments, monitoring, and operational support, along with experience using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK stack.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Experience with load balancing and CDN technologies, especially with tools like Envoy.
• Proficiency in Go (GoLang) or other modern programming languages.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and workflows, such as GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or similar platforms.
• Exposure to or interest in Chaos Engineering principles and tools.
• Ability to thrive in an agile, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
