About The Role

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Core Java Developer with strong experience in SQL and PL/SQL to join our fast-paced development team in Dubai. If you're a backend specialist with a deep understanding of Oracle databases and a knack for building high-performance, scalable applications, this is your chance to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend components using Core Java.
  • Create complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and PL/SQL blocks in Oracle databases.
  • Optimize application performance and database efficiency.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews and follow best practices for clean and maintainable code.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in Core Java backend development.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and advanced PL/SQL in Oracle environments.
  • Proficiency with Java frameworks like Spring / Spring Boot is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with performance tuning and troubleshooting of Java applications and databases.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and Microservices architecture.
  • Exposure to DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience in financial, telecom, or enterprise-grade application domains.
