Business Analyst ( Digital – App/Web exposure)

Exp – 7-10 years as BA

Domain and skills – Techno-functional knowledge, Digital – App/Web exposure, Banking experience, CASA, Term Deposits, KYC, Digital onboarding.

Agile is must.

Clear and concise communication, excellent in impact analysis and writing clear user stories and requirements.

Should use tools, illustration techniques to write requirements.

Collaborating with cross functional teams/squads to gather requirements.

Participate with the team all agile ceremonies and be effective.

Proactive approach and understands SDLC cycle.

Knowledge on Finacle will be added advantage.

Can run grooming session independently with the team.

Should be a confident and polished individual.

Understands the plan with the Scrum master and contribute effectively to be ready with responsibilities of a BA and align to the plan.

Can understand tech to enable design discussions with Architecture to asses Traceability of requirements.

Should have exposure to Customer journeys and UX/UI tool and how the process works.

Should know the UAT and other test phases and participate and take responsibility to triage the defects to meet sprint commitments.
