Description:

- Define and execute the technology vision and strategy aligned with our business goals and market demands.

- Lead, inspire, and grow a diverse team of engineers, developers, and technical leaders.

- Oversee the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of cutting-edge software platforms and gaming products.

- Implement best practices in software development, system architecture, security, scalability, and data management.

- Drive innovation through emerging technologies such as AI, blockchain, and data analytics to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

- Collaborate closely with other departments—product, marketing, operations—to ensure technology supports company growth and customer satisfaction.

- Manage technical partnerships and vendor relationships.

- Ensure compliance with data protection, regulatory requirements, and cybersecurity standards.

- Monitor industry trends and competitors to keep us at the forefront of technology.

- Report regularly to the CEO and Board on technology performance, risks, and opportunities.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.

- Proven experience as a CTO, VP of Engineering, or senior technology leader in a fast-growing tech company, preferably in gaming, fintech, or digital platforms.

- Strong technical background in software development, cloud infrastructure, AI, blockchain, and data systems.

- Demonstrated success in leading high-performing tech teams and delivering scalable, secure software products.

- Deep understanding of agile methodologies, DevOps, and modern development practices.

- Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams and cross-functional leadership.

- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Familiarity with regulatory compliance, cybersecurity, and data privacy.

- Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with B2B platform solutions, SaaS models, or online gaming industry.

- Hands-on experience with AI, blockchain, or big data technologies.

- Startup or scale-up experience in a rapidly evolving market.

- Ability to operate in an international and multicultural environment.
