Onboarding Coordinator - 6 months - INSIDE IR35 - HYBRID/London
The contractor will manage the onboarding tasks in a structured and organized manner to support new hires from post-offer acceptance to full integration. Below are the specific tasks the contract will manage.
Tasks
- Processing new hires
- Congratulations email
- Workday Creation
- HireRight initiation, reviewing, processing results, and flagging discrepancies
- Upload contracts to Gdrive
- All pre-boarding comms (HM, first day etc)
- Onboarding Sessions Prep
- Scheduling rooms and confirming room bookings
- Scheduling onboarding sessions and agreeing alternative presenters(incl. adding new joiners and presenters to invites)
- Cohort Reporting and tracking
- Responding to tickets on the People Service Desk
- Onboarding Day 1
- SWAG handout and shipping
- Presenting Induction sessions
- Coordination support with day 2 and 3 sessions
- Add new hires to the My_Onboarding Slack Channel
- Conduct day 1 RTW checks
