Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Planning Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to develop and monitor the project schedule, assesses progress, and ensures timely execution through critical path and recovery planning.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Developing and managing the project schedule and performance tracking tools.
• Reviewing contractor’s program updates and delay analyses.
• Preparing progress reports and forecasting project completion.
• Supporting EOT claim assessments and recovery planning.
• Review contractor’s baseline and updated programs
• Analyze progress reports, recommend recovery plans
• Monitor KPIs, milestones, and critical paths
  
  
  

What Required Skills You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s in Engineering or Project Management
• 15+ years in planning large-scale projects, 3+ in Qatar
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and schedule risk analysis.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage interface with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficient in resource and cost loading, recovery planning, and progress reporting
  
  
  

What Desired Skills You’ll Bring

• Experience in integrated cost and schedule management (5D BIM).
• Familiarity with forensic delay analysis.
• Use of dashboards and real-time reporting platforms.
