Lead iOS Developer

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Lead iOS Developer to join our team and drive the development of high-quality iOS applications.

In this role, you will be instrumental in leading a team of engineers, shaping technical solutions, and delivering innovative user experiences for mobile, tablet, and Apple TV platforms.

Responsibilities


  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of iOS Engineers, ensuring collaboration and technical excellence
  • Define and architect scalable, reliable, and high-performance digital solutions, making strategic technical decisions
  • Manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring solutions align with design and functional requirements
  • Develop user-centric features for iOS and Apple TV applications using Swift and SwiftUI, prioritizing reusable components and libraries
  • Optimize applications to perform efficiently across devices of varying screen sizes, including mobile, tablet, and TV
  • Champion Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum, to streamline workflows and enhance productivity
  • Enforce adherence to engineering standards, code conventions, and best practices across the team
  • Share knowledge on emerging trends and technologies, fostering professional growth within the team
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment


Requirements


  • Proven track record of leading development teams and delivering technical projects successfully
  • Strong proficiency in Swift and SwiftUI, with at least 1+ years of experience
  • Background in Apple system frameworks including Foundation, UIKit, and AVFoundation
  • Expertise in Unit Testing and instrumentation testing with tools like XCTest
  • Competency in Git, build automation systems, and continuous integration tools
  • Fluent in verbal and written English, with experience collaborating across multinational teams
  • Understanding of planning, estimation, and delivery processes to produce robust, modular, and testable code
  • Familiarity with Apple TV development, Facebook SDK, Fabric, Crashlytics, and In-App Purchase


Nice to have


  • Familiarity with Firebase Crashlytics and XCTest tools
  • Experience with Git for version control
  • Flexible background in automation and build systems
