Roles & Responsibilities:
- Plan and lead 4P strategy (product / price / place / promotion) for the Commercial business on Lenovo.com
- Product portfolio management based on market, competitor and business analysis
- Set price and profit management & lead P&L for the category
- Manage sales promotion budget including the rebate program
- Liaison with Channel strategy & manage sales action planning
- Co-work with marketing team to plan promotion strategy
- Supply forecast based on sales planning
- Strategy implementation to sales and other team
- Ensure minimum stock ageing and high profitability

Requirements :
Must Have – essential
- Over 7 years’ experience of business planning or strategy role in D2C, Etail only.
- Proficient at problem solving by scientific and mathematical approach
- Communication skill based on logical thinking
- Analysis skill
- PPT / Excel skill
Good to have – desirable
- Experience of sales, marketing and operation role for the PC market
- Finance knowledge (P/L management etc.)
- Project management skill
