Techmunity are partnering with a London startup who're building their own generative AI models to achieve just that - and they're hiring for a Senior AI Engineer.

They raised a significant seed round last year and have an inbound Series A, so they are scaling fast, already partnering with industry giants like Canva and ElasticSearch.

As a Senior AI Engineer here, you won’t just be another cog in the machine.

You’ll own your domain end-to-end — designing, building, and deploying production-grade AI features powered by the latest large language models like GPT and Anthropic.

You’ll work with cutting-edge tools — think LangChain, FastAPI, vector search with Qdrant — building AI agents that automate complex workflows and deliver real impact.

What they’re looking for:

• Deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI, with proven experience shipping production AI features built on foundational models like GPT or Anthropic.
• Strong software engineering skills, fluent in Python, and experienced with scalable backend frameworks like FastAPI.
• Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration and prompt engineering frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph, plus designing retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Familiarity with vector databases like Qdrant, Pinecone, or Redis for low-latency AI retrieval.
• Experience deploying, monitoring, and scaling AI workloads on cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or BigQuery.
• Bonus points for experience with Go, containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes, and working in fast-moving startups.
