About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Developer to lead the design, development, and enhancement of engaging digital learning experiences. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the online training team and collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and fellow developers, to deliver interactive, usercentred training modules that are accessible, responsive, and grounded in best practices for adult learning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end development of interactive and engaging digital learning solutions using a variety of authoring tools.
  • Collaborate with SMEs to translate learning concepts into user-friendly, impactful digital experiences.
  • Apply instructional design principles to create effective, learner-focused content.
  • Manage version control, testing, and deployment of online content in our Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in eLearning and digital accessibility.
  • Champion accessibility and inclusive design principles.

To Be Successful, You Will Have

  • Demonstrated experience in digital learning development and instructional design.
  • Strong technical skills in eLearning authoring tools (e.g. Articulate 360 Storyline and Rise, Adobe Creative Cloud Dreamweaver, Photoshop and Illustrator). LMS platforms (e.g. Totara), and web technologies (e.g. HTML5, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and digital accessibility standards.
  • Experience working with learning management platforms and SCORM standards.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A keen eye for design, detail and user experience.
