What you bring :

• Strong experience across .Net Development (versions 7 & 8) plus experience across building & supporting web-based applications.
• Strong experience in designing, implementing and integrating Azure Cloud architectures including APIM, ESB, Function Apps and SQL Databases. You must be comfortable with Azure Pipelines.

• Strong experience in designing, implementing and integrating service-oriented architectures such as RESTful API’s and microservices.
• Experience working in an Enterprise environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Act as the Azure expert, bringing all of your previous expertise to build on best practices and help the team knowledge. You'll help the team understand the importance of the latest Azure tools while implementing and integrating the tools across critical applications.
• Building scalable and performant solutions with modern technologies while maintaining existing software assets.
• Developing new capabilities within a complex mixed technology application suite.
• Analysing requirements, developing and documenting solution designs, deploying and supporting solutions depending on individual project needs.
• Identifying opportunities to improve product components and processes in areas of the business where technology can make a difference.
• Contribute hands on code as well as to design and architecture.

This role is based in Melbourne CBD with a hybrid working model, currently the team goes into the office 1-3 times a week.

• This contract role will go for 12 months initially.
• The daily rate will be between $900 - $1000 per day inclusive of Super, depending on experience.
