Key Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee multiple interrelated projects within strategic programs

• Align teams and stakeholders across functions to ensure smooth execution

• Track milestones, budgets, risks, and deliverables

• Lead regular program reviews and provide transparent reporting to leadership

• Anticipate obstacles and proactively find scalable solutions

• Foster collaboration between product, engineering, operations, and business teams

What You Bring

• 4+ years of experience in program or project management

• Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders

• Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills

• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Asana, Trello, or MS Project

• PMP, Scrum, or Agile certification is a plus

• Fluent in English; other Swiss national languages are a bonus

• Must be legally authorized to work in Switzerland and based there
