YOUR ROLE

As a technical consultant within HCM at Capgemini Belgium, you will have the opportunity to participate in every phase of end-to-end implementations in the field of Human Capital Management technologies.

We focus mainly on Oracle and SAP technologies and as a member of our team, you will be challenged with a diversity of different tasks like front-end and back-end development, functional and technical design, configuration of mathematical formulas, bug fixing, automation, ...

YOUR PROFILE

• You hold a bachelor or masters’ degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Business Engineering
• You like to combine business with technology: you get energy from engaging with customers but also love to deep-dive into more complex and challenging technical/mathematical analyses
• You have a talent for translating business requirements into mathematical logic
• Native speaker in Dutch or French with professional working proficiency in English.
• You have a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills
• You are driven by new technologies & change
• You are pragmatic, self-driven, go-getter & enthusiastic
• You like to work in a (multidisciplinary) team
