Gen Ai Engineer

Responsibilities

• Process and analyze conversational data leveraging Dataiku (both visual and code-based recipes) and Large Language Models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, etc.)
• Partner with customer service, operations, and marketing teams to extract actionable business insights
• Identify and classify customer dissatisfaction and behavioral patterns using NLP techniques and prompt engineering
• Design and develop intuitive solutions, such as Dataiku Apps, tailored for business users
• Ensure strict adherence to data privacy standards and ethical AI practices
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices within the Data Science Center of Excellence (CoE)

Required Skills

• Advanced expertise in Dataiku, including data pipeline creation, model deployment, and web application development
• Strong background in Generative AI, natural language processing, and unstructured text analysis
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and machine learning frameworks
• Agile working style with the ability to effectively engage non-technical stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 2 years’ hands-on experience with Dataiku (Dataiku Developer Certification is a plus)
