Responsibilities
- Process and analyze conversational data leveraging Dataiku (both visual and code-based recipes) and Large Language Models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, etc.)
- Partner with customer service, operations, and marketing teams to extract actionable business insights
- Identify and classify customer dissatisfaction and behavioral patterns using NLP techniques and prompt engineering
- Design and develop intuitive solutions, such as Dataiku Apps, tailored for business users
- Ensure strict adherence to data privacy standards and ethical AI practices
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices within the Data Science Center of Excellence (CoE)
Required Skills
- Advanced expertise in Dataiku, including data pipeline creation, model deployment, and web application development
- Strong background in Generative AI, natural language processing, and unstructured text analysis
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and machine learning frameworks
- Agile working style with the ability to effectively engage non-technical stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 2 years’ hands-on experience with Dataiku (Dataiku Developer Certification is a plus)
