Key Responsibilities:

1. EU Project Support & Delivery

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and implementation of Horizon Europe and other EU-funded projects.
  • Support the preparation of project deliverables, internal reports, and documentation.
  • Monitor project timelines, milestones, and budgets in collaboration with senior project managers.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure effective project execution.

2. EU Proposal Development

  • Contribute to drafting and assembling proposal content, administrative forms, and supporting documents.
  • Assist in identifying funding opportunities and supporting proposal development under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Maintain consistent communication with project partners and stakeholders.
  • Support the development of new concepts, pilot activities, and research aligned with green and urban mobility goals.

3. Partnership Engagement & Strategic Support

  • Help organize and facilitate meetings, workshops, and events related to ongoing projects and partnership initiatives.
  • Represent the organization in internal and occasional external stakeholder meetings.
  • Support activities related to major industry events, including European and World Congresses.

Required Qualifications:

  • University degree in Urban Mobility, Engineering, Transport Planning, Environmental Policy, EU Affairs, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in EU project management or coordination (preferably within Horizon 2020 or Horizon Europe).
  • Strong familiarity with Horizon Europe and platforms such as ECAS/SEDIA.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional EU languages are an asset.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Experience supporting large EU consortia or projects related to green and urban mobility.
  • Knowledge of ITS, electrification, CCAM, or sustainable transport topics.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet).
  • Experience in stakeholder or partner engagement.
  • Event and workshop organization experience.
