What You'll Do

As an apprentice, you will be integrated into one of our development teams. In contact with team experts, you will be expected to:

• Design and develop new features to enhance the functional offerings of our Cloud products.
• Understand our continuous production chain and software infrastructure to operate our products deployed on the SAP Cloud Foundry platform.
  
  

Your developments must meet the specifications defined by the product manager and the technical architect. They must also adhere to SAP's quality and security principles. Communication is important; you will relay changes to the team along with their possible impacts. You will also present the proposed features to the product manager and the team.

What You Bring

You are in your final year of engineering school or pursuing a Master's 2, specializing in software development. The expected qualities are:

• Team spirit,
• Strong learning ability,
• Autonomy,
• Rigorousness,
• Involvement,
• Ability to quickly grasp various technologies encountered
• You have proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language. Javascript, Java, and Python are the languages used in our projects.
• You are familiar with one or more build automation tools (Maven, Grunt, etc.), and at least one integration tool (e.g., Jenkins).
• Since the team operates in an international context, communication will be conducted in both French and English.
  

Meet your team

Within the Public Cloud ERP Engineering - Compliance, Risk & Tax entity, you will be integrated into one of our development teams, which operate in an agile mode and a multicultural environment. These teams are dedicated to providing software related to financial consolidation. Specifically, the team is responsible for the development and operation of the application that enables companies to collect financial data from their subsidiaries. This application is deployed on the SAP technology platform based on Cloud Foundry (BTP - Business Technology Platform).
