Operations Project Manager

A fantastic opportunity has opened for an experienced Project Manager to join our Project Management Office (PMO) / Centre of Excellence in Dundalk. This is a pivotal role within a small, local PMO team, responsible for both leading and governing cross-functional projects on site.

What We’re Looking For

Essential Experience & Qualifications

• 6+ years of industry experience, with at least 4 years in a project management role.
• Proven expertise in project execution methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, etc.).
• Proficiency in project management tools/software.
• Experience leading cross-functional, matrix project teams.
• Experience in MPS/Operational Excellence – Green belt certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Science, or a related field.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience.

Desirable Experience & Qualifications

• Experience in Vaccines, Biologics, or Sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.
• Project management qualifications (e.g., PMP certification).
