Join a leading biopharmaceutical project as a Project Scheduler, responsible for planning and maintaining a detailed timeline for key operations at our newly established Dundalk site. You’ll be at the heart of ensuring project deadlines are met by coordinating multiple schedules into one streamlined plan while identifying risks and tracking progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the Site Portfolio Schedule using Microsoft Project.
- Coordinate scheduling workshops with internal and external teams to ensure alignment.
- Track progress, identify potential delays, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate schedules and optimize workflows.
- Provide regular progress reports to senior leadership and project managers.
What You’ll Need:
- 5+ years of experience in project scheduling, ideally within a pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project and Primavera.
- Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet strict deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A degree in a relevant technical or scientific field.
- Project Management certification (PMP or similar).
