Network Support Engineer

A leading Network & Security provider is seeking a Juniper Network Support Engineer to join their Dublin-based team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at JNCIA level looking to build hands-on experience and grow into a project-focused role over time.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for customer networks
• Work with core Juniper platforms: MX, EX, and QFX
• Troubleshoot network issues and escalate where required
• Liaise directly with customers and occasionally travel to site (license required)
• Gain exposure to project delivery as part of your career progression
• Work full-time from the Dublin office in a collaborative, technical environment

What You’ll Need

• JNCIA certification (or equivalent hands-on experience)
• A valid driver’s license for occasional customer site visits
• Good understanding of Juniper routing and switching platforms
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
