Product Owner (Games)

We are looking for a Product Owner to drive the success of our product development efforts, overseeing the entire product life cycle from concept through to implementation. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market dynamics, user needs, and business opportunities, translating them into actionable product roadmaps. The Product Owner will also be responsible for managing product documentation, ensuring quality execution, and maintaining a strong focus on delivering value to both the business and end users.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to implementation;
• Conducting a Market Analysis;
• Contribute to product vision by developing a deep understanding of the marketplace, audience, users, and opportunities to translate into executable product roadmaps;
• Define the business case and product requirements for new features;
• Work closely with Engineering, QA, and Operations to implement new features;
• Preparing and organising the necessary product documentation;
• Monitor the quality and execution of tasks.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 3+ years of Product Ownership or related experience;
• An innovative thinker who wants to create new and exciting game concepts. Someone who can create an excellent player experience and continuously improve our existing games;
• Ability to quickly understand product and market dynamics;
• Experience in problem solving and analysing information;
• Well-versed in Agile and Scrum/Kanban methodologies and principles;
• Team player with a track record of building strong, cross-functional working relationships focused on team performance, rather than on individual success;
• Ability to communicate complex technical issues simply and effectively to a wide range of audiences, from engineers to executives;
• Excellent written & spoken communication skills in English.
