Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily support for SWIFT Alliance Access, SWIFT Solution for ESMIG, and SWIFT Rosetta
- Configure, refresh, deploy, upgrade, and patch SWIFT Alliance Access environments
- Analyze and review new requirements submitted by business services
- Develop and implement technical solutions based on requirements
- Conduct unit testing and assist with user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation
- Coordinate and/or test specific functionalities in collaboration with business services
- Plan and execute software release preparations
Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of SWIFT products including SWIFT Alliance Access, SWIFT Solution for ESMIG, and SWIFT Rosetta
- Familiarity with MT and MX messaging standards
- Understanding of SWIFT PKI security concepts
- Experience with installation and troubleshooting of Red Hat Enterprise Linux environments for SWIFT Alliance Access, SWIFT Alliance Gateway, and SWIFT Net Link
- Proficient in configuring and managing SWIFT routing rules
- Working knowledge of Azure DevOps
