We are looking for an experienced Product Manager for our product Inspech.

Inspech is more than just software; it is an AI-powered assistant that helps public organisations uncover hidden insights and address unresolved issues in road infrastructure. By visualising road networks and transforming raw data into cost-effective maintenance strategies, Inspech empowers decision-makers to keep communities moving safely and sustainably.

You are:

• A strategic thinker and an empathetic listener.
• Someone with over 5 years of product management experience, preferably in AI-based B2B software.
• Experienced in infrastructure or urban technology (bonus points if you have worked with public bodies or understand the road construction and maintenance landscape).
• An advocate for intuitive design and field-first solutions; it's useless if it’s not usable.
• Excited about joining a team that values empowerment over replacement and results over hype.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Defining and owning the product vision and roadmap for Inspech.
• Collaborating closely with cloud, backend, frontend and machine learning engineers, design, marketing, sales, and domain experts.
• Engaging with users: road inspectors and managers at municipalities, provinces, civil engineers and infrastructure agencies to deeply understand their pain points.
• Translating your gained insights into elegant, scalable product features.
• Making tough prioritisation decisions and championing simplicity amidst complexity.
• Helping to build the category of AI-powered infrastructure inspection.
