With our headquarters based in Paris (and a secondary French office in Bordeaux), we are also implemented in different countries in Europe, Africa, Asia and South America. We are thus able to support our clients all over the world, during and after the deployment of their HRIS projects.

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Geneva, Switzerland, to lead international SAP SuccessFactors implementations. In addition to core project responsibilities, the role will include Customer Success Management missions, focused on customer engagement and solution adoption.

As a Project Manager, You Will

• Lead and manage SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects in client organizations
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in line with client needs
• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
• Oversee project admin and financial components (budget, margin, expenses)
• Ensure project quality, methodology compliance, and timely reporting
• Coordinate internal and client teams, fostering strong collaboration and communication
• Manage change effectively, ensuring stakeholder alignment
• Identify new service opportunities and contribute to business development
  
  

Customer Success Missions May Include

• Monitoring post-go-live client satisfaction and product adoption
• Coordinating issue resolution in collaboration with support teams
• Ensuring proper documentation, training, and ongoing client enablement
• Acting as a trusted advisor and central point of contact for customer relationship follow-up
• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, IT, or related field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in project management, ideally in HRIS or SaaS environments
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other HR solutions (Oracle HCM, Workday, etc.) is a plus
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Fluent in French and English (both spoken and written)
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to coordinate multicultural teams
• Customer-centric mindset with a collaborative approach
