Business Analyst

We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and help bridge the gap between business goals and product execution. In this role, you’ll work closely with Product Owners to define business needs, articulate the value of proposed solutions, and track measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Business Value: Develop robust business cases for proposed projects and product features, including forecasting potential ROI, cost-benefit analysis, and identifying key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Measure Results and Impact: Be responsible for what needst o be trakced in order to measure business value and be a stakeholder for the data team. Also, measure the success of initiatives post-implementation. Analyze performance data, identify areas for improvement, and report on the realized business value against initial projections.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a critical communication bridge, ensuring clear understanding and alignment between business units and technical teams.
• Support Product Owners: Work in close partnership with Product Owners to refine product backlogs, prioritize features based on business value, and ensure requirements are clearly understood by the development team.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize existing business processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide insights and recommendations that support strategic decision-making. Prepare and present reports to stakeholders. Contribute to scorecards

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to translate complex business needs into clear requirements.
• Proficiency in methodologies for measuring business impact and tracking KPIs.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working closely with Product Owners and agile development teams is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with business process modeling and requirements management tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Fluent English & be physically located in EU countries or Canada
