Responsibilities:

As a Project Manager, you will oversee and coordinate end-to-end project execution in the field of physical security systems. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing detailed project plans, including task identification, activity scheduling, critical path analysis, and resource estimation (materials, budget, human resources);
• Collaborating with the designated project team to establish and maintain the project execution timeline, ensuring all milestones are met according to available resources;
• Defining technical requirements, budgets, and deliverables for each assigned project;
• Representing the company in interactions with clients and project stakeholders, ensuring high standards of execution and quality control;
• Leading review and planning meetings with clients and preparing all necessary documentation and reports;
• Maintaining consistent and effective communication with all stakeholders, ensuring contractual obligations are met and client expectations are fulfilled;
• Acting as the main liaison for the client throughout the project lifecycle, providing proactive support and addressing their needs promptly;
• Monitoring the physical progress of project implementation, focusing on quality, timelines, and budget control. You will analyze project performance based on collected data and adjust execution plans, risk logs, and budgets accordingly;
• Reviewing and approving work reports submitted by subcontractors, and authorizing invoice payments based on project progress and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have the following profile:

• Prior experience in a Project Management or engineering role within the Security Systems field, with a solid technical foundation;
• Knowledge of security systems such as access control, video surveillance (CCTV), fire detection, would be a plus
• A technical university degree in one of the following areas: Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications and Information Technology, Automation and Computer Science, or Building Installations;
• Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and a results-oriented mindset;
• Intermediate proficiency in English;
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
• Project Management certification (PMP or PRINCE2) is a strong plus.
