Cyber Security Solution Architect

Role Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced Cybersecurity Solution Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the technical design and implementation of vehicle cybersecurity solutions, including PKI, IDS, Secure Boot, and more. You will develop conceptual security architectures, define cybersecurity attribute requirements, and guide their allocation at the ECU level.

Key responsibilities include executing vehicle-level TARA (Threat Analysis and Risk Assessment), considering E/E architecture and exposed interfaces, driving cybersecurity initiatives across vehicle projects, and managing project-level cybersecurity planning and execution.

You will work closely with engineering, system design, and product teams to ensure security compliance and timely delivery, as well as lead the deployment of Key Management Systems across the organization. Strong project leadership and hands-on experience in embedded system security are critical.

Essential Skills:

• Deep knowledge of vehicle cybersecurity solutions: PKI, IDS, Secure Boot
• Experience with conceptual solution design and E/E architecture
• Strong skills in writing cybersecurity attribute requirements and allocation at the ECU level
• Proven ability to execute vehicle TARA and define project-level cybersecurity time plans
• Project management skills for leading cross-functional cybersecurity implementations
• Experience implementing Key Management Systems
• Coordination across teams to ensure compliance and timely delivery

Desirable Skills:

• Prior experience with R155 Type Approval
• Experience as a CS Engineer or Architect in embedded system environments
• Strong understanding of system engineering for cybersecurity requirements
• Proficiency in connected communication technologies such as CAN, Ethernet
• Familiarity with PKI (onboard/offboard) and Key Management Systems
• Exposure to SecOC on J1939 and LIN protocols
• Experience with Vector cybersecurity tools
• TARA execution expertise and hands-on requirement documentation based on industry best practices
