IT Project Manager

Assignment Description – Senior IT Project Manager for Customer Service Transformation

A large-scale transformation program is currently underway within the customer service area, involving multiple projects across different teams. To strengthen one of the key initiatives, we are looking for a seasoned project manager with strong leadership and IT project experience who can drive progress, meet deadlines, and ensure high-quality outcomes.

Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and action-oriented project leader with a proven track record of delivering complex IT projects. This role involves end-to-end responsibility for managing a transformation initiative focused on modernizing customer service capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of planning, executing, and delivering the IT components of the customer service transformation initiative.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders from IT, business, customer service, and external vendors to ensure alignment.
• Maintain project timelines, track milestones, and manage resource allocation.
• Proactively identify risks and issues, and implement timely resolutions.
• Ensure that all deliverables meet business goals and quality expectations.
• Report status, progress, and key challenges to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
• Encourage continuous improvement and innovation within the project team.
  
  

Technical and Domain Knowledge

• Solid understanding of customer service systems and operational flows.
• Experience with AI-driven solutions within customer interaction environments.
• Knowledge of Genesys platforms or similar customer engagement technologies is highly beneficial.
  
  

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in leading IT projects, preferably large and complex ones with multiple stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success in project leadership across dynamic, cross-functional settings.
• Familiarity with customer service operations, digital tools, and AI-related technology.
• Fluent in both Swedish and English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset and solution-oriented approach.
• Ability to foster collaboration and team spirit.
• Experience in leading teams and driving transformation initiatives.
  
  

Additional Details

• Start Date: August 4, 2025
• End Date: June 30, 2026 (with possible extension)
• Workload: Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Remote Work: Up to 2 days per week (flexible based on agreement)
