Responsibilities


  • Deliver efficient and maintainable code through high proficiency in C and C++ programming
  • Contribute to architectural decisions that ensure scalability and align with industry performance standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to accomplish project goals
  • Optimize code by addressing performance bottlenecks for multi-core and scale-out environments
  • Conduct thorough code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers
  • Implement innovative solutions while analyzing complex technical issues


Requirements


  • 3-4 years of experience in software development, emphasizing distributed storage systems
  • Expertise in C and C++ programming languages, with strong understanding of data structures and algorithms
  • Background in leading full subsystems of code development for complex storage solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, showcasing competency in troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of distributed file systems and network protocols
  • Competency in effective communication within a team-oriented environment
  • Desire for learning complex technical topics, demonstrating a proactive mindset
  • Proficiency in English communication skills at a B2+ level


Nice to have


  • Background in developing Linux or BSD kernel-level code
  • Familiarity with Python programming
