• Design, implementing and manage high available, reliable, observable, scalable and sustainable automation and monitoring product infrastructure by utilizing best practices in global standards
• Design automation solutions to meet daily operations and end-to-end service needs and establishing self-service structures
• Research and implement new best practices in the field of monitoring
• Keep up with innovations in technologies and methodologies
• Enhance experience in automation and monitoring channels by closely collaborating with internal customers
• Troubleshooting problems in products and developing permanent solutions
• Execute daily team operations and preparing related documentations

How do we describe the perfect match?

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering or a similar discipline.
• Expertise in developing automation Solutions and building robust monitoring structures.
• Expertise in managing Ansible, Server Automation and Orchestration products or using them to build advanced solutions.
• Experience in writing YAML and Python.
• Experience in product management on Linux based systems.
• Knowledge about enterprise server and application architecture.
• Knowledge of network technologies such as load balancing and firewall.
• Experience in API usage.
• Experience in managingor using Dynatrace, Instana and SCOM monitoring tools is a plus.
• Experience in writing Shell Script or PowerShell is a plus.
• Experience in product management on Windows based systems is a plus.
• Knowledge about web development, Mendix and CI/CD processes is a plus.
• Adopts and applies agile working principles.
