This role is within Rentals United, but you’ll be part of the larger Guesty ecosystem—benefiting from our shared expertise, innovative technology, and global network. Responsibilities:

• Integrate into the RU Product team and take ownership of the Rentals United platform's user experience. This involves identifying, designing, and tracking crucial user flows and design patterns within the platform, while also planning for future enhancements.
• Support the creation, planning, and implementation of the project's UX strategy, maintaining adherence to the Design System.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to develop comprehensive user flow designs from user stories. Create detailed screens and clickable prototypes based on the established platform-wide style guide for both web and mobile applications.
• Take part in user interviews in partnership with the UX Researcher to validate designs and ideas, and pinpoint user-related issues.
• Partner with development teams to formulate solutions for work items.
• Approve delivered work items from a UX/UI perspective.
• Share insights on emerging design, technology, industry, regulatory, and market trends with the team.
  
  

Requirements:

• Solid understanding of UI and UX design principles, colour theory, typography and most popular layouts.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in B2B SaaS products.
• Proficient in Figma, including working with the components, variables and auto layouts
• Experience in working with and maintaining a Design System.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver value incrementally and prioritize customer needs.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, adept at asynchronous remote work.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
