About the Role

At Akakçe, we are scaling our web and mobile platform to handle millions of daily users. We are looking for Product Manager to join our team, who will be responsible for high-impact projects and work closely with product and data teams to create seamless experiences for visitors.

Responsibilities

Prepare product development plans,

Manage stakeholder,

Goom and prioritize backlog,

Develop user stories and define acceptance criteria,

Experienced in FinTech (BNPL, Digital Banking, E-money, E-wallet, Financial Product, Open Banking, Personnel Finance),

Create clear and comprehensive requirements,

Plan releases and grades,

Follow new technologies and Fintech ecosystem in the world.

Required Skills

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field,

At least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager (previous work as a Product Owner, Business Analyst),

Preferably with experience in card payment systems (credit card, debit, prepaid card) within financial institutions,

Being familiar with the operating principles of card payments, having solid knowledge on authorization, clearing, settlement, and chargeback processes,

Knowledge and experience in the financial dynamics of card payments,

Experience in behavior and usage analysis using Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude or similar tools,

Preferably with experience in managing product teams,

Experienced in the e-commerce industry,

Eagerness on self-improvement, open-minded, future-oriented,

Strong analytical, problem-solving, debugging and troubleshooting skills,

Preferably experienced in websites that work under high user loads,

Good command of the English language,

Open to feedback, good team player, result-oriented attitude, and analytical mind,
