Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize advanced firewall operations, including rule management, policy enforcement, and troubleshooting to ensure robust perimeter defense.
• Oversee the administration and enhancement of Network Access Control (NAC) technologies, ensuring secure device onboarding and continuous compliance.
• Administer and configure Cloud Security solutions, specifically Web Application Firewalls (WAFs), to protect our web applications from various threats.
• Operate and maintain other essential network security products like Proxies, ensuring secure and efficient network traffic flow.
• Monitor security alerts, conduct incident response, and perform root cause analysis for network security incidents.
• Contribute to the design, implementation, and review of network security architectures.
• Stay abreast of emerging security threats, vulnerabilities, and industry best practices to proactively enhance our security systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into new projects and existing infrastructure.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in network security.
• Proven experience in managing and operating advanced firewall solutions.
• Demonstrable expertise in the administration of Network Access Control (NAC) technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Cloud Security solutions, particularly Web Application Firewalls (WAFs).
• Solid understanding and practical experience with Proxy solutions and other network security tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex security issues.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CCNA Security, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CCNP Security) are a plus.
