Data Analyst

Our client is a prominent confectionery company in FMCG sector. The company is export champion of confectionery sector of Turkey with modern plants that employs 2.400 staff.

The company has 35 SAP on premise servers and effectively using SAP S4/Hana for four years with 18 different modules. The company has state of art IoT 4.0 digitalized modern plants also the group has its own distribution and logistics company. IT Organization of company has 30 members but external consultants are having roles in projects too.

Now we are looking for Data Analyst who will report to Business Intelligence Manager.

Job Description

• Data Analyst reports to Business Intelligence Manager and works in a team together with two Reporting Specialists who is responsible generating reports and data visualization.
• Data Analyst prepares data warehouse from SAP tables and non-SAP data resources such as UiPath and eBA document management application.
• Retrieving data from different applications but all the data sources are SQL database.
• Preparing tables from different databases with rigorous SQL queries for Reporting Specialists.
• The person will continuously monitor accuracy of data and ensure precise and updated one.
• Embrace the power of generative AI to automate reporting, discover hidden insights, and develop business plans with Joule copilot.
• Data Analyst will collaboratively work together with BI Manager and Reporting Specialists for delivering business KPIs, dashboards, on demand reports for feeding executives of company in a fast moving compelling sector.
• The person will collaboratively work together with SAP team and module leaders in order toreport business results.
• The person will manage the relations with SAP consulting companies and manage their performance.

The Profile

• Graduated from engineering or business administration departments of universities.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business intelligence ETL transformation, SQL queries, SAP data interpretation.
• In depth competence and experience in SAP BW and SAP Data Analytics Clous (SAC)
• Experienced in Predictive Analytics and Business Planning.
• Experience in SQL Scripting and Java Script will be a strong asset.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4 Hana tables will be an advantage.
• Has strong analytical skills, good communication and presentation skills.
• Have strong problem solving and teamworking skills.
• Strong communication skills are required to influence the users of dashboards and reports deliver trust.
• No military obligations for male candidates
• No barrier for hybrid working as 10 days in a month on site working at a plaza located Basın Express highway in Bağcılar.

Our client's office is located in Bağcılar. They are working with hybrid mode means 50% from home and they have shuttle services including to Anatolian Side.
