About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Business Analysis – Property & Casualty Insurance to join a leading insurance organization based in Abu Dhabi. This is a high-impact role where you will lead the analysis, evaluation, and implementation of business requirements for the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance line.

As the AVP, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, drive the selection and integration of core systems, and ensure alignment with strategic business objectives. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of a dynamic P&C insurance business while collaborating with a talented team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for P&C insurance.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to translate business needs into system requirements.
  • Oversee the evaluation, selection, and implementation of core P&C insurance systems.
  • Define and optimize key processes and workflows to support business growth.
  • Provide strategic direction to the business analysis team and mentor team members.
  • Stay abreast of market trends and regulatory changes to inform decision-making.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives within the Insurance Solutions unit.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Extensive experience in Property & Casualty insurance, including business analysis and system implementation.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale projects and managing senior stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of insurance regulations, compliance, and industry trends.
  • Experience configuring or working with P&C insurance core systems.
  • Leadership experience in a management or executive role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMP) are preferred.
