Full-Stack Product Lead

The Full-Stack Product Lead (FSPL) is a cross-functional role that merges responsibilities from product management, UX design, and technology. Enabled by modern AI tools and agile practices, the FSPL replaces the traditional product trio with a single, AI-augmented professional who drives user-centered, high-impact SaaS product development. The purpose is to accelerate innovation and product delivery by unifying product strategy, user experience, and technology execution into one role – amplified by AI tools and interdisciplinary thinking.

You’re a Full-Stack Product Lead ready to take ownership of end-to-end product development.

You’re excited about modern product development practices and how AI tools can accelerate innovation. You have a passion for building impactful B2B software and a desire to merge strategy, design, and technology into a seamless product leadership role.

You’ll work independently or in close collaboration with specialists across design and engineering. You’ll drive product outcomes from problem discovery to delivery – supported by cutting-edge AI tools and agile methodologies.

• Own Vision and Roadmap:
  Define and drive product strategy across a wide scope. You’ll be responsible for setting goals, validating problems, and shaping the roadmap – balancing business priorities, user needs, and technical feasibility.

• Lead Discovery and UX:
  Uncover insights through data, research, and user feedback. Design and prototype user-centric experiences using AI-powered design tools. Validate ideas quickly before scaling with the broader team.

• Bridge Product and Technology:
  Actively contribute to technical discussions and collaborate closely with developers. You’ll understand software architecture and may contribute code for rapid prototyping or implementation.

• Amplify Your Work with AI:
  Use AI across the product lifecycle – from research and writing to design and testing. Stay current with emerging tools and explore ways to improve team velocity and product impact.

• Drive Delivery and Collaboration:
  Lead iterative delivery of customer value. You’ll prioritize effectively, align with stakeholders, and ensure the team is focused on outcomes. Pull in expertise when needed, while taking initiative to move fast.
  

• Proven experience in product management or cross-functional product roles in a B2B SaaS context.

• Strong understanding of product strategy, discovery, and agile development.

• Experience or interest in UX and user-centered design practices.

• Confidence navigating technical conversations – you may have coding experience or a strong grasp of modern software architecture.

• High proficiency and curiosity with AI tools like ChatGPT, design copilots, and code copilots.

• Strong analytical mindset and a passion for solving real problems with real impact.

• A proactive, hands-on approach with a bias for action and continuous learning.

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills – you thrive in a fast-paced, empowered environment.
