As we expand our offerings in the cryptocurrency space, we are seeking a Product Manager – Crypto Spot & Futures to join the team.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Product Manager – Crypto Spot & Futures to join our cryptocurrency arm, MultiBank.io. This individual will take ownership of the web and mobile app experiences for MBIO, focusing on delivering exceptional trading functionality for both spot and futures crypto markets. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI design, marketing, compliance, and business teams to define, prioritize, and launch features that improve user experience, increase engagement, and support the company's strategic growth in the digital asset space.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the long-term product vision and roadmap for MBIO's crypto spot and futures trading offerings across web and mobile platforms.
• Conduct in-depth market analysis, user research, and competitor benchmarking to uncover pain points and identify new product opportunities.
• Leverage data insights to drive product decisions, measure feature success, and continuously optimize the trading experience.
• Translate business goals and user needs into detailed product requirements, Epics, and User Stories using JIRA.
• Manage the product backlog and prioritize development efforts based on impact, feasibility, and strategic alignment.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to craft seamless and intuitive trading experiences.
• Coordinate with compliance and legal teams to ensure product offerings adhere to regulatory requirements.
• Partner with digital marketing and growth teams to align product initiatives with customer acquisition and retention strategies.
• Analyze product performance and user behavior using analytics tools to make data-driven product decisions.
• Stay informed about crypto market dynamics, blockchain technologies, and evolving user expectations to guide product innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2+ years focused on crypto spot and/or futures trading platforms.
• Deep knowledge of the crypto trading ecosystem including exchanges, liquidity, order execution, margin and leverage products, and wallet integrations.
• Hands-on experience managing web and mobile app products in the fintech or crypto space.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with experience using tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar to inform product strategy.
• Proficient in using JIRA for backlog management, writing user stories, sprint planning, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver complex products at scale.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
