Our Client

We are hiring for a Leading IT Consultancy, a highly skilled and experienced Data Scientist to work on a permanent basis in Dubai.

The candidate - must have a minimum of 5+ years of data science experience, and have a proven track record of successfully developing and delivering projects on time and to a high standard.

The candidate must come from a Manufacturing and Supply Chain Focus as well as a Consultancy background.

Job Title: Data Scientist (Permanent)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy machine learning projects and natural language processing in one of the following industries: telco, retail, or tech customer facing.
• Analyze and interpret complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns to inform business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop and implement data-driven solutions that meet business needs.
• Develop predictive models and algorithms using machine learning techniques to drive business insights and improve decision-making processes.
• Communicate complex data analysis findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Manage and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure to ensure data integrity, availability, and quality.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a data scientist or applying data scientist techniques.
• Proficiency in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch)
• Experience with SQL, cloud data services (Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue), and time-series data analytics.
• Consulting experience + Manufacturing and Supply Chain Focus.
• Strong experience in developing and deploying machine learning projects and natural language processing.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Arabic language fluency.
