Sr. Talent Acquisition associate

Our client is looking for a proactive Sr. Talent acquisition associate to support end-to-end recruitment operations in a dynamic corporate environment. Working within the Human Resources team, you’ll be instrumental in identifying, engaging, and onboarding the right talent to drive organizational success.
The Role:
In this essential role, you will:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from job posting and sourcing to screening, assessments, and offer negotiation.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure only the most qualified candidates are shortlisted.
- Prepare detailed interview evaluations, offer letters, and employment contracts aligned with company policies.
- Support onboarding activities such as workspace preparation, IT setup, and orientation planning for a smooth new hire experience.
- Coordinate visa processes, travel, and accommodation for international hires, ensuring full compliance with local regulations.
- Maintain accurate records in SAP SuccessFactors and file all recruitment documentation systematically.

What You’ll Need:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of recruitment and talent acquisition experience in a corporate setting.
- Hands-on expertise with SAP SuccessFactors, particularly the Recruiting (RCM) module.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on candidate care and stakeholder engagement.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with precision, professionalism, and discretion.
Preferred Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis).
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and organizational design tools like Visio.
- Experience with Power BI for tracking and reporting recruitment data is a plus.
