On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for Project Manager

Job Description

  • Project Manager for client projects who follows he Stage Gate Process for typical hydrocarbon projects
  • Facilitate a creative environment with high interaction - to ensure that all options and potential concepts are defined and developed
  • Ensure successful execution and integration of the overall Project in the Concept Development phase (integrator of all deliverables from Facilities, D&W, Operations, Reservoir, Commercial etc.) and potentially also post DG2
  • Ensure Project performance (Concept identification/ evaluation/screening, project execution, HSE, quality, schedule, cost, reporting, risk management) and overall deliveries of a Project
  • Stakeholder management and communication to stakeholders
  • Contribute to further development and improvement of client processes and procedures

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of experience from working on hydrocarbon projects
  • Experience in working in the stages from pre DG0 to Concept Select and strong knowledge on the stages post DG2
  • Master of Science or MBA
  • Previous experience as Project Manager/Group Leader (or similar) with a proven track record for delivering results and managing groups of multi discipline team members
  • Demonstrated ability to drive improvement and seek new solutions

  • Have a commercial mindset with strong focus on value improvement
  • Have strong communication skills with solid understanding for the importance of stakeholder analysis & management
  • Are structured and manage to plan and work with a focus on change management and the decision making process
