Your new role

As an Android Developer Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading the development of high-quality mobile applications. You will guide a team of developers, ensuring best practices are followed and high standards are maintained. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Leading the design and development of advanced applications for the Android platform.
• Providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensuring the integration with external data sources and APIs.
• Writing and maintaining unit tests and UI automation tests.
• Continuously discovering, evaluating, and implementing new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

What you'll need to succeed

To excel in this role, you will need:

• Experience in native Android development.
• Strong knowledge and experience with Swift, Web Services, XML, GIT, JSON, RESTful services, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with writing unit tests and UI automation tests.
• Familiarity with Jenkins, Jira, and Confluence.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to mentor and guide a team.
