About you:

• BSc (or above) in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field; graduate degree in Data Science or other quantitative fields
• 3 years of working experience in data science
• Deep understanding of applied statistics, Mathematics and building Supervised and Unsupervised machine learning models
• Applied knowledge in Python, R, Power BI, Scala and/or SQL and Jupyter notebooks
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and other Gen AI techniques
• Run and statistically evaluate statistical models such as Machine Learning, Optimization and Neural Networks and other approaches to AI
• Familiar with presenting valuable information by using data visualization techniques
• Familiar with design thinking and have collaborated closely with a designer
• Familiar and exposed to Agile Software Development practices
• Want to transform Financial Services (Banking & Insurance)
• Love to solve complex problems and find the best viable solution for the user.
• Work independently and can guide your colleagues
• Able to speak and write in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking counterparts when handling official documents in these languages
  
  

Depending on candidate's skillset, interview outcome and client engagement assigned to the candidate, this role may be placed on contractual basis.
