About the Role:

Job Title: Senior Android Developer

Job Summary:

Are you passionate about crafting sleek, high-performing Android apps? Do you dream in Kotlin and live for clean architecture, blazing performance, and beautiful UI? We’re looking for a Senior Android Developer to join our innovative mobile team and help shape next-gen experiences on Android.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, optimize, and maintain robust Android applications using Kotlin.
• Build modern, responsive UIs using Jetpack Compose, AndroidX, and ViewModel architecture.
• Own the entire development lifecycle: from idea to release using Android Studio, GitHub, Jenkins, and Fastlane.
• Integrate Firebase for crash reporting, analytics, push notifications, and real-time features.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to bring features to life.
• Ensure top-notch quality through code reviews, testing, and continuous integration.

Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years of Android development experience, with a strong command of Kotlin.
• Expert-level knowledge of Android Studio and core Android frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Jetpack libraries, Compose, ViewModel, and AndroidX.
• Solid understanding of Git, Jenkins, and deployment automation with Fastlane.
• Familiarity with integrating Firebase services like Cloud Messaging, Analytics, and Crashlytics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering high-performance apps.
• A mindset that values clean code, modular architecture, and continuous improvement.

Location: Richmond, VA (Hybrid)

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $145K – $175K annually. Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
