Mobile Developer Android Level 3

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Mobile Developer Android Level 3 in Cincinnati, OH. Summary: The Products team is responsible for delivering product information and experiences to our customers through features such as Product Cards, Product Detail Pages, and Product Carousels. Our mission is to inform customers about products-including names, descriptions, pricing, nutritional information, and associated deals-enabling them to make informed purchasing decisions and take advantage of relevant offers. We are a cross-functional team following Agile methodology, collaborating closely with other Customer Experience (CX) teams and domain service teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. Duties:

• Design, develop, and maintain Android features that support product discovery and information, including components like product detail pages, cards, and carousels
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Designers, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions
• Ensure code is clean, reusable, and aligned with software development best practices, including design patterns and modular architecture
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, and contribute to team-wide continuous improvement efforts
• Support and mentor team members, sharing knowledge and providing guidance to elevate team performance

• Jetpack Compose
• XML Layouts
• Concurrency in Android
• Unit Testing frameworks and best practices
• Accessibility standards and implementation on Android
• Dependency Injection (e.g., Dagger, Hilt)
• Software development best practices (code structure, reusable code/components, design patterns)

• Experience working in Agile teams is preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
